We will work together to flesh out your true mission and vision and ensure that it aligns with your business's day-to-day activities. Together, we will walk through 7 key strategic objectives. You will gain clarity on where your business is currently, get purposefully prioritized direction, and receive an annual plan to guide you and your team over the next 4 quarters. This is NOT us creating a to-do list. This IS us setting you, your team, and your business up for prioritized and strategic success. How it works Together, over three 2-hour Zoom sessions, we walk through a 4-phase process that touches on your mission, vision and values and the 7 key strategic objectives (financial steadiness, visibility, product development + innovation, operational efficiencies, team growth, customer experience, and growth + development). What You Get - Three 2-Hour Recorded Zoom Sessions to be completed within a two week period. At the end of our time together you will get access to the recordings and have the ability to download and hold onto them for as long as you’d like. - A detailed and customized actionable modern-day business plan that will easily guide you and your team through the next 4 quarters. Projects will be organized with purposeful prioritization that brings you closer to revenue, closer to moving your business forward, and away from those items that have been clogging up your backlog. This will be laid out in a customized Trello board and will be YOURS to keep. - A prioritized monthly map with assigned projects for each month in the current or upcoming quarter will be mapped out clearly showing the month in which they should be started. - Voxer/WhatsApp access to me for the duration of our time together for any questions about the process that come up, additional information that you think of after a session
